Annette L. Johnson is the founder of Iron Sharpens Iron, a transformative community created to help women grow through intentional relationships, spiritual maturity, and authentic connection.

Her journey to this work was deeply personal. Over the years, she came to understand that while a strong relationship with God is essential, healthy and life-giving relationships with other women are also vital to healing, growth, and purpose.

After experiencing disappointment, hurt, and betrayal from relationships she had trusted, Annette reached a place where she refused to let isolation define her next season. She began to study, pray, and seek out women who had walked the road before her — mentors, sisters, and friends who sharpened her in ways she never expected.

From that place of reflection, Iron Sharpens Iron was born — a sacred space where women are invited to grow together, not alone.

The message about friendship and community resonated deeply — a true reminder that no woman is meant to walk alone. Annette speaks straight to the heart.
