Annette L. Johnson is the founder of Iron Sharpens Iron, a transformative community created to help women grow through intentional relationships, spiritual maturity, and authentic connection.

Her journey to this work was deeply personal. Over the years, she came to understand that while a strong relationship with God is essential, healthy and life-giving relationships with other women are also vital to healing, growth, and purpose.

After experiencing disappointment, hurt, and betrayal in friendships, Annette took time to reflect on what true connection really means—and why genuine sisterhood matters.

From that place of reflection, Iron Sharpens Iron was born.
