Annette’s journey spans over 35 years as a Human Services professional, where her work has always centered around supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.

Alongside her professional career, she has faithfully served in youth, singles, and women’s ministries—offering mentorship, guidance, and lay counseling to those seeking growth, healing, and direction.

Her work is guided by faith and a deep commitment to helping others navigate life with clarity, purpose, and hope.

During this season, Annette led women’s groups focused on healing, self-reflection, and spiritual growth.

Through mentorship and shared experiences, she created safe and supportive environments where women could process life’s challenges, strengthen their faith, and begin their journey toward wholeness.

2016 – Present | Building the Circle

Out of both her personal journey and years of walking alongside others, Annette founded Iron Sharpens Iron—a transformational sisterhood rooted in faith, authenticity, and intentional relationships.

What began as a calling to create deeper connection has grown into a movement where women are encouraged to:

• Build meaningful, purpose-driven relationships

• Develop self-awareness and clarity in their personal journey
